The Fiom KID-DNA Database was established in the Netherlands in 2010. This voluntary DNA-database allows donor-conceived persons and donors donating prior to 2004 to register and send in their DNA. It enables us to match donor-conceived persons and anonymous donors based on DNA. In December 2020, 2,745 donors and donor-conceived persons have registered.
